Control. Power. Simplicity. The ALIEN AERO system is everything you need to grow aeroponically (air culture) in a flexible and scalable modular system. Powered by a virtually silent RAIN™ pump, growers can finely tune the time and duration of their feeds to grow monster plants. Drain-to-waste or recirculating configurations are both possible with the standard AERO kits, which come with your choice of two pot sizes.
The AERO free-root system maximises nutrient delivery to grow high-yielding plants. Because the plant roots are suspended in the air and not embedded in any medium, harvesting and crop rotation can be done much faster. The net pots in which the plants sit incorporate a raised grid at the pots' base to prevent oversaturation of the minimal supportive growing medium, preventing common issues such as root rot and damping off.
Incredibly water efficient, our closed-loop aeroponics system enables faster growth and reduced costs, while using up to 95% less water than plants grown in soil.

AERO system features
The patent-pending Dual-Flow™ fittings are an oversized 2" / 50mm for a more free-flowing system. Slots located on the sides of the fitting allow water to pass through and enable total drainage of the pot so roots are never sitting in water.
Heat-reflective silver 2" / 50mm pipe for better flow and less heat introduction.
Copper-plated drain covers deter the roots from entering the pipework.
The 8 gallon / 30L or 4 gallon / 15L pots and lids are made from heat-reflective silver polymer. This helps keep nutrient solution temperatures cooler and relieves the water chiller from working as hard.
Pots have a raised drainage grid and sloped base to allow complete drainage.
